The team behind the work is small by design, experienced by history, and deeply invested in Indianapolis and the communities to the north. Michael brings rare blend of financial precision, human insight, and genuine community investment. A certified Professional in Human Resources and Indiana University graduate, Michael came to Redev with experience spanning construction, supply chain, and the nonprofit sector — and he's put all of it to use.

As the operational and financial backbone of the team, Michael is the person who knows where every project stands, what it should cost, and what risks are worth watching. He's the one clients and partners lean on when the numbers need to make sense. He’s a sharp analyst with a penchant for design that consistently offers insight and solutions for Redev's clientele.

Michael is deeply rooted in Indianapolis and is very connected to the social happenings the city has to offer. When he's not working or volunteering, you may find him with his wife and daughters cooking for a crowd or visiting the best diners and dives all over Indiana.

Patrick didn't set out to become a homebuilder. After nearly two decades leading finance and operations at a major international corporation — helping generate half a billion dollars in annual revenue — he found himself staring at a reorganization chart one night and realizing he was no longer on it. What followed was a period of honest reflection that pointed him toward two things: building businesses and serving people.

In 1998, Pat and his wife made it tangible. They moved into a blighted downtown Indianapolis neighborhood, founded The Redevelopment Group (Redev), and got to work. The mission was simple but ambitious — bring real investment and quality construction to communities that needed it most. Over 25 years later, that mission still drives everything ReDev does.

Pat brought the discipline of corporate America to an industry that didn't always have it: sound strategy, financial rigor, and a long view. He's never been interested in retirement — he's doing exactly what he was built for, and it shows.

Josh started at Redev with a framing hammer, not a business card. Over the years he's held nearly every role in the company, which is exactly why he leads operations the way he does — with the kind of ground-level knowledge that can't be faked or fast-tracked.

A Purdue graduate with a background in Computer Graphic Technology, Josh has always been drawn to the intersection of construction and systems thinking. That combination — deep field experience plus a passion for process and emerging technology — has shaped Redev's approach to project management from the inside out. If there's a better way to do something, Josh will find it.

He's a lifelong learner who keeps close tabs on building science and the tools that make complex projects run smoothly. More than anything, he cares about the finished product and the people who will live in it. Josh lives in Washington Township with his wife and three kids — not far from the Holy Cross neighborhood where his family once lived and invested years helping revitalize.
