Josh started at ReDev in 2000 with a framing hammer, not a business card. Over the years he's held nearly every role in the company, which is exactly why he leads operations the way he does — with the kind of ground-level knowledge that can't be faked or fast-tracked.

A Purdue graduate with a background in Computer Graphic Technology, Josh has always been drawn to the intersection of construction and systems thinking. That combination — deep field experience plus a passion for process and emerging technology — has shaped ReDev's approach to project management from the inside out. If there's a better way to do something, Josh will find it.

He's a lifelong learner who keeps close tabs on building science, green construction, and the tools that make complex projects run smoothly. More than anything, he cares about the finished product and the people who will live in it. Josh lives in Washington Township with his wife and three kids — not far from the Holy Cross neighborhood where his family once lived and invested years helping revitalize.
