Social Impact
Our role in community development will vary based on the neighborhood we are serving. Networking with local not for profit Community Development Corporations and neighborhood organizations helps us define our role before we target an area for market rate development. Market rate development is needed to help fuel urban renewal, but it should be done in a way that is sensitive to existing fabric.
