Aaron Wood is the Project Manager for the Re-Development Group. He joined RDG in the spring of 2014 and has been a rock star ever since. Since arriving at the Re-Development Group, Aaron has successfully managed several large-scale residential homes in the urban core. He is not in the office much. Typically Aaron is the field working with sub-contractors, suppliers, and making himself available to clients. His primary goal is making sure your house is built to Re-Development Group standards.
Aaron’s first touch in construction began when he got his driver’s license; starting out as a laborer in Ft. Wayne and continuing to work construction even as he attended college at Purdue, Aaron is accomplished in the field. During his tenure at Purdue, Aaron obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture. Pursuing his passion of construction and design, After graduation in 2007, Aaron relocated to Aspen, Colorado to work for Design Workshop.
After returning back to Indiana, so that he and his wife Anita could be closer to family and friends, it did not take long for Aaron to get involved with the urban development movement taking place in Indianapolis. Learning more about the city and neighborhood planning, he himself became extremely passionate about urban development and began to get involved in his community. Fletcher Place Neighborhood is where Aaron and Anita have invested themselves. Neighbors have learned that Aaron is quick to lend a hand, as he was a pivotal part, and head designer, of a new pocket park in Fletcher Place in coordination with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful.
Aaron loves taking strolls with Anita and their daughter Eloise on The Cultural Trail and all around town. Aaron is an avid sports fan and aspiring foodie. Don't be surprised and be sure to say "hi" when you see him at Victory field, a quaint restaurant, or at a Colts tailgate!
